No worries! If you encounter any technical issues, just WhatsApp or call our FunEmpire support team and we’ll assist you right away. Our team is always ready to ensure your event runs smoothly and remains an enjoyable experience.
How many people can be in a team?
We recommend forming teams of 4 to 6 participants. This group size ensures that everyone gets to participate actively, collaborate, and fully enjoy the experience.
How many stations are there in the game?
The event includes 10 engaging stations, each designed to test your team’s creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Successfully completing each station unlocks clues that will help your team progress through the storyline and achieve the final objective.
Do I need WhatsApp to participate in the event?
Yes, WhatsApp is required for the event. The game mechanics, team instructions, and interactions with Captain FunEmpire (our game bot) are all conducted through WhatsApp. At least one team member should have WhatsApp installed and ready to go.
If WhatsApp is not accessible due to organizational restrictions, don’t worry! Contact us in advance, and we will provide an alternative solution.
Can I track my team’s progress during the game?
Yes! Your team’s progress is updated in real time through a live leaderboard, adding a competitive edge to the game. At the end of the event, you’ll receive a summary of your team’s scores and rankings.
How does the gameplay work?
Interactive Challenges: Teams will receive clues, puzzles, and tasks via a shared WhatsApp chat.
Bot Assistance: Communicate with Captain FunEmpire for instructions, hints, and feedback.
Need Help? If your team gets stuck, just request assistance from Captain FunEmpire.
Where do we meet for the Marina Murder Mystery?
📍 Starting Point: Information Counter right in front of the Gift Shop at Gardens By The Bay (near the taxi stand).
⚠️ Note: This will be the meeting point for everyone. At the start of the experience, each team will automatically be assigned different starting clues and routes to prevent congestion and ensure smooth game flow.
How much lead time do you need for bookings?
We recommend booking at least 3 working days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Slots fill up fast, so get in touch early to lock in your event.
